Severe slippage!
ACY (Australia): after I set a stop-loss the order slipped 1,200 points. Customer service said it was market volatility — so what is a stop-loss for? Can anyone do something about this platform?

I requested a USD 9,000 withdrawal on the 15th of last month and have seen nothing since. At first customer service told me to email [email protected]; I sent three emails with my trading records and did not even get an automatic reply.

Unable to withdraw funds.
After depositing I was told I had to trade 700 lots before I could withdraw. Customer service claimed this was “to build trading discipline” and recommended only very high-leverage instruments. With just USD 5,000 in my account I was pushed into trading 20 lots of gold and was liquidated after two swings. My withdrawal request has been pending for ten days and customer service only says it is “in process”. The trade records show huge slippage on those forced trades. I have contacted Bank Negara Malaysia.
sàn này Scam nhé, nạp nhưng kg rút được tiền đây
When the U.S. non-farm payroll data was released, I made two trades on the platform and got completely screwed! I had placed a sell-stop order for USD/JPY at 161.62, but the platform executed it at 161.38, costing me 23 pips for no reason. Even worse, my buy order for USD/CHF at...
Slippage happens very frequently with this software. When liquidity is thin or volumes are low, orders easily slip, especially outside trading hours or at the open after holidays. I suffered repeated slippage that caused large losses, and slippage also left my orders partially filled or not filled at all.
The scam tactics are utterly despicable! Not only do they manipulate charts, but they've also invented a robbery tool called "dynamic spreads." My crude oil orders frequently encounter sudden spread expansions to $15 (normally below $3), and customer service actually claims this...
Gold rose and I was about to close, when the platform suddenly froze. After logging back in the price was lower and all my profit was gone. Customer service said it was a “network problem”, but other platforms were working normally.
Severe slippage caused the client’s account to be liquidated.

At 8:30 pm on 28 May 2024 there was a US data release. My stop-loss was set at 2338, and after the release the high was only 2337.24, yet my position had already been closed automatically.
My account number is 80041883. After trading EUR/USD on 2 December last year I found all my orders had severe slippage, causing losses and preventing me from closing. The platform does not allow video uploads, but I recorded a slippage test on 3 December and still saw severe slippage, including on closing orders, while the market was not moving at all. I believe this is a technical problem and fault on the platform’s side.
Fintexpert staged a grand show before shutting down—first suddenly launching an "anniversary celebration" to encourage existing clients to deposit more funds, then spreading false news about "securing Swiss regulation," and in the final phase, even fabricating screenshots of succ...
ACY Australia, ACY Securities and Xiwan International are the same thing under different names. Slippage is severe and the platform freezes for at least 50 seconds; profitable orders ended up losing several hundred dollars after closing, and positions were closed maliciously from the back office. Not a good choice — avoid it.
Is your MT5 server made of paper? On Monday evening I was trading gold and could have closed at a profit at 2936, but the platform froze for four minutes. By the time I could act the price had jumped to 2940, wiping out USD 1,910 of profit. The technical reply was the most absurd part: they deny any server fault (even though every instrument was frozen from 11:38 to 11:42), refuse to provide the server logs for that period, and even implied I “should have set a take-profit in advance”.
I was completely scammed by this shady platform! At first, they said depositing would give a 50% bonus, and after I deposited 50,000, my account indeed showed 75,000. But when I made a profit of 100,000 and tried to withdraw, they first demanded a 20% income tax. After I paid, th...
I traded on this platform for three months and it went well at first. Last week I had USD 12,000 left in my account and wanted to add to my position, but deposits simply would not go through; the system kept saying “payment channel under maintenance”, and customer service just told me to wait. Worse, I tried to withdraw USD 5,000 and the status stayed at “processing”. Yesterday I received an email saying the platform’s overseas registration had been cancelled, and now I cannot even log in. People in a group chat say their office has long been empty.
This gold trade completely exposed the true face of this shady platform! I manually closed my long position at 2677.11, but the account record shows it was executed at 2676.77—a full 34 pips lower! What's even more infuriating: - There was barely any market fluctuation at the tim...
I placed a buy order at 2461 in advance with a stop-loss at 2459. After the data release the order should have filled at 2461 but slipped to 2470.4. The 2459 stop-loss was useless and I was stopped out at a loss.
ตามรูปเลยแบบนี้คิดว่ามันแปลกๆครับ
This is the first time I have encountered such a company. The internal statements are different. One moment they say your order is strange and they won’t pay you. The other moment they say your principal can be used to make a profit and you can continue to trade. Your MT4 account...
I have reported the slippage problem six times and the platform just fobs me off. Last week it happened again; I took screenshots and filed a complaint, and customer service replied that it had been “passed to the technical department” — then nothing. The next day the same slippage happened again. When I asked why it was never fixed, they suggested I “adjust my trading strategy”. Slippage is clearly the platform’s problem, so why should I bear the loss?
To Gate.io’s global management, regulators, FinanceWiki and the crypto community: I am an ordinary user pushed to the brink by Gate.io, writing to expose how the exchange abused its power to freeze user assets and how its customer support system broke down completely. My family is going through a sudden crisis and a close friend is seriously ill, yet the platform, which calls itself “safe and efficient”, has answered only with automated messages and inhumane delays. Since mid-March 2025, when I found my account had been barred from withdrawals without reason, I have sent five emails, opened eleven live-chat sessions and called…
As a long-time user of ATFX, I never imagined I'd be screwed over so badly by my own platform's technical issues! Last night, before the gold market volatility, I started trying to deposit funds to top up my margin a full 2 hours in advance, but the system kept throwing errors. T...
On the afternoon of 15 January, Axi did not close my GBP/USD position at my stop-loss. It slipped more than 40 points and closed at the day’s low for GBP/USD, causing heavy losses. Has anyone had the same experience? Axi refuses to compensate. What can I do?
On 20 August last year I held normal positions — 0.5 lots of Bitcoin, 0.1 lots of gold and 0.1 lots of crude oil — when all of them were suddenly closed without notice, even though the market was calm and my balance was sufficient. Customer service did not reply for three days, then said it was a “system problem” but refused compensation. They ignored my request to restore the orders or cover the loss.
I've been completely screwed over by the technical issues of this garbage platform! When trading gold on their MT5, the candlestick charts are always drifting and misaligned, showing a drop when it should be a rise. At critical moments, it inevitably freezes, and by the time I ca...
Using the browser inside the official imToken app, I followed the link bit122.icu to a fake Coinbase platform. At first, following their “Web3 earning plan”, I made small amounts and could withdraw them. Then they persuaded me to invest more for bigger returns, but no matter how much I put in afterwards, nothing could be withdrawn. They are still using this method to scam people — be careful.
My experience with ACY Securities showed me its true face. They have an absurd rule: anything over USD 5,000 counts as a “large withdrawal” that must be personally approved by the boss. The boss can refuse whenever he likes and make up any reason to deduct your money.
This platform called WeTrade targeted me through a Telegram group, using fake regulatory licenses and celebrity endorsement photos to gain trust. Initially, a $5,000 "trial order" turned into $8,000 in just three days, but after I increased my investment to $50,000, the so-called...
